Experimental and Numerical Modal Analysis of a Bladed Rotor

چکیده

The behavior of an asymmetric bladed rotor was investigated in this study. which performs solid-solid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid separation processes is part the decanter machine and named as screw conveyor. purpose study to determine dynamics on free conditions for future development blade assembled rotors. It important designer natural frequencies so that some precautions can be taken during design operating machine. This consisted two parts. In experimental one, modal test performed numerical part, analysis carried out under free-free boundary using a simulation program based finite-element method. blades were obtained experimentally numerically. found results good agreement. Besides, it concluded mode shape equal transverse frequency following shapes correspond bending torsion blades. Since properties are different, has been observed numerically their also differ.
